DESCRIPTION:Anne Arundel Weed Resistance is having its first official workshop of spring! On March 18th\, 2023 at the Michael E. Busch Annapolis Library\, we will be hosting a hands-on workshop where our Volunteer Coordinator Loretta Jorden will teach new recruits on how to be a Weed Warrior. Volunteers who show will get instructions in species identification and ecology\, control methods\, tool use and safety\, and outdoor safety skills. \nPlease watch the training videos found in the training section of the website BEFORE showing up at the workshop. Once you complete the videos\, confirm you did through the video confirmation form that is also on the training tab.
